The prestigious R&D 100 competition, now in its 63rd year, celebrates groundbreaking technologies and products that combine scientific breakthroughs with real-world applicability. 

In announcing the finalists, R&D World highlighted the importance of digital innovation across sectors—from health care to environmental sciences—and recognized SpecAI™ for pushing the boundaries of conventional image-based diagnostics by extracting deep insights from spectral data. The SpecAI™ platform leverages advanced deep learning to rapidly identify pathogens in a low-cost, portable, and culture-free format.
